Underground Utility Construction
Water and sewer utility construction for municipal, utility, commercial, and contractor projects across East Tennessee.
Black Rock Excavating performs underground utility construction, including water line installation and relocation, pressure sewer and force main work, and the excavation, connections, and site restoration that go with it. Our work supports municipal utilities, utility districts, general contractors, and commercial projects — sometimes as the direct contractor, and sometimes as the underground utility subcontractor on a larger project team.
